From Olvan to Sagàs and La Quar

There are several villages in Berguedà that do not have a specific urban nucleus but constitute a population based on farms and farmhouses scattered throughout the municipality. Cases like L'Espunyola, or more specifically Sagàs or La Quar are clear examples. The specific case of Sagàs clearly defines the approach: there are more than 150 inhabitants, distributed in several parishes and numerous farmhouses. The Quar, which currently has about 50 inhabitants but had more than 500 in the middle of the nineteenth century, is a similar case. There is not a set of streets with the houses arranged around them, but farmhouses and houses scattered throughout the territory.

This proposal aims to discover a lot of farms and farmhouses around these two territories.
