Puig-reig and the rural world

Although it is on the banks of the great rivers and of the communication networks where the population centers have grown the most, there is still an extensive rural world in almost all the Berguedà, especially in what could be called "Baix Berguedà". Unlike what happens in most of the Iberian Peninsula, in a simple journey of approximately 3 hours, you can easily see more than 30 houses or farmhouses - most of them more than centenary - a lot of churches and hermitages , fields, farms and a pile of testimonies of a rural life that still lives today contributing to the development of the region.
