The Church of Sant Julià de Fréixens was built in the 10th century and is of Romanesque origin. There is documentary evidence that in 1010 it was owned by the Urgell monastery of St. Sadurní of Tavèrnoles. During the eighteenth and eighteenth centuries it was reformed and enlarged, although it retains the Romanesque structure, in which the semicircular apse stands out. For flights from the first Sunday in September, the feast of the suburb of Sant Julià is celebrated.
