Regional Museum of Berga

The centre presents the origins and evolution of the town. It describes its development, its growth and its period of splendour in the Early Middle Ages. In then explains how it continue to be a vibrant toen in the centuries that followed and ended up commanding the surrounding territory, particulary in the 18^th century as a Borbon town at the foot of a castle and in the 19^th century as the capital of Catalan Carlism.
